First Impressions:

Never under estimate the importance of first impressions when selling your home. Potential buyers are either impressed or instantly discouraged by the condition of your front door. Simple things like the door hardware - is it rusty or tarnished? Is the style of the front door appealing or somewhat dated? These are all things that send signals to the buyer about the condition of your home. Sometimes replacing the door hardware and a fresh coat of paint will do the trick. Or should you consider doing more? These photos are from a recent renovation. There was nothing horribly wrong with the front door but it wasn’t overly appealing either. We opted to replace the door and sidelights. What a difference!
