MORTGAGE RATE INCREASES!
I you are not yet pre-approved or do not have a rate held, please be advised that fixed rates will be increasing…. Effective tomorrow!
I can do rate holds for the current fixed rates up to 2 PM today (5 PM EST). All I need is a name, phone number, length of mortgage they want and the amount. We can get them pre-approved up to 30 days after the rate hold, but if they don’t act, now they will be subject to higher rates (some as much as +.6%).
